Any of you bloggers looking to add strenghht training to your workout routine??? I have a Bowflex X-ceed for sale. This machine is in new condition and offers over 60 exercises that work the entire body including a neck piece to make the ab workout a little easier and 2 bars for your arms, lats and back. I also have the fitness guide which shows you each of the exercises and the assembly guide on how to piece it together. Trust me it's not that difficult we have moved it from room to room. Originally purchased for $900 and asking $450 for it today. Please let me know.
